Phoenix: A french band who do electro-pop. They are quite possibly the best dressed band around right now. Their drummer is quite good, and I'm pretty sure they put an addictive stimulant into their music that makes you crave it fortnightly... Here is a link to a song of theirs that you may have heard on the radio.

Band of Horses: Alt Rock/ Folk. The vocals are great. The show was just five days after the Phoenix concert. It was in the same venue (ironically named "in the venue"), but the vibe was very different. Whereas people were dancing to their heart's content at the Phoenix concert, at this one it was more a "foot stompin' good time". Some parts were maybe a little too countryish for Hannah's taste. Sufjan Stevens: Pronounced Sufyan. He is from New York and Hannah and I don't know why his name is pronounced that way. He usually plays folk music, but his newest album is more folk-electronica fusion. The show was amazing. It was in a concert hall which made for a nice atmosphere. Also there were seats which was a plus. Hannah would like to point out that the song that lasted 25 minutes was also the one where everyone decided to stand up. Not cool... Overall though it was a really awesome show. We got to see his band perform for 2 hours. They were in Halloween costumes and he showed off his dance moves the entire time. We didn't take very many pictures this time because the venue was so dark that I felt like the light on our camera was interrupting. We did get one good shot though. Here is a link to our favorite song of his...

We really enjoyed ourselves. And I enjoyed curating the blog for this post. Hannah was nice to let me do this... Ciao ciao
Sounds fun... kind of. I must be old. Question - what's "curating" mean? Love you both. =)
